THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
TO: ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY
INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ROBERT E. MELLOY, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER
MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition for Formal Order of Testacy and Determining Heirs of Robert E.
Melloy (hereinafter the “Petition”) filed by the Petitioners, Pamela Shumard, Stephen Melloy,
and Joseph Melloy, Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate, will be held at the Bernalillo
County Courthouse, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on 6th day of October, 2015, at 10:30 a.m. before the Honorable Alan M. Malott, District Judge. You are hereby notified that at the hearing the Court will consider the request by the Petitioner that:
1. The Court formally probate the Decedent’s Last Will and Testament dated February 7,
1995; and
2. The Court determine the heirs of the Decedent.
A copy of the Petition is on file with the Court in the above captioned cause and is
available for your review.
Pursuant to NMSA 1978 §45-1-401, notice of the time and place of hearing on the
Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
