THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ELVIRA WILKINS, DECEASED AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ELVIRA WILKINS, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition filed by James Tarsy as Personal Representative, which Petition provides for determination of Intestacy and Heirship, for complete settlement of the Estate, with waiver of the final account and distribution of all assets, will be held at the Bernalillo County District Court, 400 Lomas N.W., Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87102, before the Honorable Valerie Huling, on September 29, 2015 at 8:45 a.m.
Pursuant to Section 45-1-401, NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
