NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS that, on July 27, 2015, Gary E. Stillman was appointed by the Court herein as Personal Representative of the captioned estate; and, on July 28, 2015, such appointment was accepted. Except for statutory exceptions, all persons having claims against the Estate are required to present their claims within (2) two months after the date of first publication of this notice, including publication of this Notice in a newspaper of general circulation in this County, or date of mailing or other delivery of this Notice, whichever is later, or the claims will be forever barred. Claims must be presented either to the undersigned at the address listed below, or filed with the District Court of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, located at 400 Lomas NW, P.O. Box 488, Albuquerque NM 87103-0488, with a true copy mailed to undersigned.
