LOPEZ, District Judge of the Second Judicial District, at the Bernalillo County Judicial District Courthouse at Albuquerque, New Mexico, at 11:25 o’clock A.m. on the 24th day of September, 2015, during a regular term of the Court, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard for an Order for a change of name from Luis Andres Quintana-Flores to Luis Andres Flores.
