TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the provisions of Sections 40-8-1 through 40-8-3, N.M.S.A. 1978, LARREL PAT MARTINEZ will apply to the Honorable DENISE BARELA SHEPHERD, District Judge of the Judicial District, at the Bernalillo County Judicial District Courthouse at 400 Lomas NW, New Mexico, at 1:25 o’clock p.m., on the 7th day of October, 2015, during a regular term of the Court, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard for an Order for a change of name from LARREL PAT MARTINEZ to LARRYL PAT LYNCH.
