STATE OF NEW MEXICO to Norma Montes a/k/a Norma Arredondo and Eleuterio Arredondo,
GREETINGS:
You are hereby notified that Plaintiff BOKF N.A. d/b/a Bank of Albuquerque, successor by merger to Bank of Albuquerque, N.A. (“Plaintiff”) has filed a civil action against you to foreclose its Mortgages recorded in the Office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County on November 7, 2011, as Document Number 2011-101530 and as Document Number 2011-101531. The property subject to the Mortgage is located at commonly known as 1709 Barranca Drive SW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87121, and more particularly described as:
LOT NUMBERED THREE-P1 (3-P1) IN BLOCK NUMBERED TWO (2), PLAT FOR EL RANCHO GRANDE 1 UNIT 2B WITHIN THE TOWN OF ATRISCO GRANT, PROJECTED SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 10 NORTH, RANGE 2 EAST, N.M.P.M., CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE, BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON FEBRUARY 8, 2002, IN PLAT BOOK 2002C, FOLIO 47.
THE REAL PROPERTY OR ITS ADDRESS IS COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1709 BARRANCA DR SW, ALBUQUERQUE, NM 87121. IF THERE IS A CONFLICT BETWEEN THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND THE REAL PROPERTY ADDRESS, THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION SHALL CONTROL.
WITH MORTGAGE COVENANTS.
If you do not file a responsive pleading or motion within thirty (30) days of the date of the first publication of this Notice, judgment by default will be entered against you.
