TO: Unknown Heirs of PEGGY JOYCE PITTS, deceased, and all unknown persons who have or claim any interest in the Estate of PEGGY JOYCE PITTS, deceased, or in the matter being litigated in the hereinafter mentioned hearing.
Hearing on the Application for Formal Probate of Will and Formal Appointment of Personal Representative relating to the Estate of PEGGY JOYCE PITTS, deceased, will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2015, at 8:45 a.m., Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd., NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102, before the Honorable Valerie Huling, District Court Judge, with 15 minutes allocated for the hearing.
Pursuant to § 45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on said Application is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two (2) consecutive weeks.
