TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF REINA LUPE KOHLMEYER, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF REINA LUPE KOHLMEYER, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING
A hearing on the Amended Petition for Formal Appointment of Personal Representative and for Adjudication of Intestacy, filed by Petitioner Reina Magdalen Torres, will be held at the 9:45 a.m. on December 16, 2015, before the Honorable Denise Barela-Shepherd, at the Second Judicial District Court located at 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87103.
Pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 45-1 401, notice of the time and place of the hearing on said Petition is hereby given to you by publication, once a week for two consecutive weeks, in a newspaper of general circulation in the county in which the hearing is scheduled to be held.
