NOTICE OF HEARING BY PUBLICATION
TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF CARMEN ROSA HURTADO, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CARMEN ROSA HURTADO, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition for Adjudication of Intestacy, to Determine Heirship and to Appoint Personal Representative (“Petition”) filed by the undersigned Petitioner, which Petition requests that the Court adjudicate that Carmen Rosa Hurtado died intestate, determine Carmen Rosa Hurtado’s heirship and that the Court appoint Karl N. Holme as Personal Representative of the Estate of Carmen Rosa Hurtado, deceased, will be held at the Bernalillo County District Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, before the Honorable Beatrice J. Brickhouse, on December 16, 2015, at the hour of 11:15 a.m.
Pursuant to NMSA 1978 §45-1-401 (2014) notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
