FRANCHINI, District Judge of the 2nd Judicial District, at the Bernalillo Judicial District Courthouse at Albuquerque, New Mexico, at 9:30 o’clock m., on the 16th day of December, 2015, during a regular term of the Court, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard for an Order for a change of name from Abdul M Qurbanzada to Majeed Qurbanzada.
