NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dina Joy Ma’ayan f/k/a Dina Joy Berger, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein she seeks to change her name from Dina Joy Ma’ayan f/k/a Dina Joy Berger to Emet J. Ma’ayan, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Clay Campbell, District Judge, on December 4, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. for 5 minutes, at 400 Lomas, NW, Courtroom 702, Albuquerque, NM.
