TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JULIA E. GREENE, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JULIA E. GREENE, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Verified Petition for Order Approving Transaction by Trustee and Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative filed by Eleanor J. Carlton, Personal Representative, which petition requests an order of complete settlement of the estate by the personal representative, will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico, on January 6, 2016 at 10:45 a.m. for fifteen (15) minutes, before the Honorable Beatrice J. Brickhouse.
