THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF IMOGENE D. CHAMBERS, DECEASED AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF IMOGENE D. CHAMBERS, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition for Formal Determination of Heirship and for Complete Settlement of the Estate filed by Timothy Doran as Personal Representative, which Petition provides determination of heirship, for complete settlement of the Estate, for approval of the final account of the Personal Representative, and for distribution of all remaining assets, will be held at the Bernalillo County District Court, 400 Lomas N.W., Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87102, before the Honorable Carl J. Butkus, on January 27, 2016 at 9:30 a.m.
Pursuant to Section 45-1-401, NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
