(Jeanne Cameron Washburn, Esq.) has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein he seeks to change his name from Joshua Eugene Acevedo to Joshua Eugene DeLeon and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Alan Malott, District Court Judge, on the 25th day of February, 2016, at the hour of 1:35 p.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
