NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF SUIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a suit has been commenced and is now pending in the above named Court in which the above named Plaintiff is seeking to quiet the title to certain property situated in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. The Defendants against whom constructive service is sought to be obtained are as follows:
1. The Estate of Alfred Gomez, deceased; The Gomez Family Trust;
2. The Unknown Heirs of Alfred Gomez and Unknown Beneficiaries of the Gomez Family Trust;
3. All unknown claimants of interest in the premises adverse to the Plaintiff.
The general nature of this action is to quiet the title of the Plaintiff in full fee simple to a tract of land located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, which is more particularly described in the “Complaint to Quiet Title” on file herein as follows:
Tract lettered “C” of the J.M. SKINNER SUBDIVISION, being a replat of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 in Block numbered One (1) of ROEHL’S GARDEN ADDITION, and a Subdivision of land designated as Tract No. 61, on the Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District Property Map No. 13, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on the Plat of said Subdivision filed in the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on the 4th day of August, 1943, in Plat Book D, Folio 17.
Hereinafter referred to as “the Premises”.
The above named Defendants are notified that unless they enter their appearance in said cause on or before the day of 3/28/16, 2016, Judgment will be rendered in said cause against them by default.
