TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MARIE THOMAS, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARIE THOMAS, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the petition filed by the undersigned, which petition requests the formal appointment of Ruthe Longmore as personal representative of the estate of decedent and for formal probate of the decedent’s will, will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico, on February 25, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. for fifteen (15) minutes, before the Honorable Victor S. Lopez.
Pursuant to NMSA §45-1-401, notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week for two consecutive weeks.
