NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR FORMAL ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATE, DETERMINTATION OF HEIRS, AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
TO: Leonard G. Marquez, Jr., Paul D. Marquez, and Hope A. Lucero, whose addresses are shown on the Petition, and all unknown heirs, devisees, and all persons whose addresses are unknown who have any interest in the matters being litigated.
Matter to be heard: Petition for Formal Administration of Estate, Determination of Heirs, and Appointment of Personal Representative.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the undersigned has filed with the above-named Court, a Petition for Formal Administration of Estate, Determination of Heirs, and Appointment of Personal Representative.
The hearing has been set to consider such Petition on March 11, 2016 at 10:35 a.m. for 5 minutes at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico, before the Honorable Judge Clay Campbell, District Court Judge. This Hearing will consider said Petition and, if approved, the Court will render a judgment opening administration of the Estate of Petrita Garcia Marquez, determining the Decedent’s heirs, and appointing Hope A. Lucero as Personal Representative of the Estate.
