TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF RICARDO MARTINEZ, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RICARDO MARTINEZ, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING
A hearing on the Petition to Convert Informal to Formal Probate and to Appoint Successor Co-Personal Representatives, filed by Petitioners, Demesia Padilla and Gloria Marcotte, will be held at the 2:30 p.m. on March 8, 2016, before the Honorable Beatrice J. Brickhouse, at the Second Judicial District Court located at 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87103.
Pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 45-1 401, notice of the time and place of the hearing on said Petition is hereby given to you by publication, once a week for two consecutive weeks, in a newspaper of general circulation in the county in which the hearing is scheduled to be held.
