THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO TO THE FOLLOWING NAMED OR DESIGNATED DEFENDANTS:
The Following Persons If Living; If Deceased, Their Unknown Heirs: William F. Hall; and All Unknown Claimants of Interest in the Premises Adverse to the Counterclaimant (collectively, the “Defendants”).
GREETINGS DEFENDANTS:
You are hereby notified that Bustos LLC, as Counterclaimant/Third-Party Plaintiff has filed an action in the Second District Court of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and wherein the said Counterclaimant/Third-Party Plaintiff seeks to obtain constructive service of process upon you.
The general object of said action is: Counterclaim and Third-Party Complaint to Quiet Title
That real property in Bernalillo County affected thereby is:
Lot numbered 1-A, as such lot is shown and so designated on the Replat of Lot One (1) Block Two (2), Valle Grande Subdivision, a subdivision in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, filed in the office of the Bernalillo County Clerk on February 5, 1960.
Said real property may be commonly known as 6700 Coors Blvd., Albuquerque, NM 87121-6902.
You are further notified that unless you serve a pleading or motion in response to the complaint in said cause on or before thirty (30) days after the last publication date, judgment will be entered against you.
