AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE
ESTATE OF PAUL CODDINGTON, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING
LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned has filed with the above-referenced
Court a Petition of an Heir for Adjudication of Intestacy and Confirmation of Appointment of
Personal Representative seeking a formal order that Decedent died intestate and left no valid will; determining the heirs of Decedent; and confirming the appointment of Phillip A. Scott as personal representative of the estate, without bond, and in an unsupervised administration.
Hearing on the Petition is set at 9:15 a.m., April 19, 2016, at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas, N.W., Albuquerque, NM 87102, before the Honorable Alan Malott, District Judge.
