ORDER FOR SERVICE OF PROCESS BY PUBLICATION OF COMPLAINT FOR FORECLOSURE OF TRANSCRIPT OF JUDGMENT
Plaintiffs have filed a motion requesting that the Court approve service of process upon Paul Griego, individually and d/b/a Paul Griego, LLC and Paul Griego d/b/a Universal Holding Company, LLC a/k/a Universal Capital Holding Company, LLC; Paul L. Griego d/b/a Universal Capital Holding Company, LLC d/b/a Universal Holding Company, LLC and Paul Griego, LLC. Bart Investment Group, LLC, Associate Investment Holding, LLC, PG & SG Irrevocable Family Trust, by publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
The Court finds that the plaintiffs have made diligent efforts to make personal service, but have not been able to complete service of process. The last known address of Paul Griego
and the Griego entities is Paul Griego, P.O. Box 53662, Albuquerque, NM 87153. The last known address of the Griego entity, PG & SG Irrevocable Family Trust, Michael C. Wierner, Trustee, is P.O. Box 13462, Albuquerque, NM 87192-3462.
The Court further finds that the newspaper of general circulation in this county is the Health City Sun and that this newspaper is most likely to give the defendants notice of the pendency of the action and in the county of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, a newspaper most likely to give notice of the pendency of this proceeding to the person to be served is the Albuquerque Journal.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the plaintiffs serve process on Paul Griego, individually and d/b/a Paul Griego, LLC and Paul Griego d/b/a Universal Holding Company, LLC a/k/a Universal Capital Holding Company, LLC; Paul L. Griego d/b/a Universal Capital Holding Company, LLC d/b/a Universal Holding Company, LLC and Paul Griego, LLC. Bart Investment Group, LLC, Associate Investment Holding, LLC, PG & SG Irrevocable Family Trust, Michael C. Wierner, Trustee, by publication once a week for three consecutive weeks in the Health City Sun and once a week for three consecutive weeks in the Albuquerque Journal in Bernalillo County. The plaintiffs shall file proof of service with a copy of the affidavit of publication when service has been completed.
