Cecilia Ruth McDowell has been appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of Carrie Ruth McClelland, deceased. All persons having claims against this Estate are required to present their claims within two (2) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or the claims will be forever barred. Claims must be presented either to the Personal Representative at 6917 Westover Dr. Granbury, Texas 76049, or to Kendall O. Schlenker, Esq. at 7850 Jefferson, NE, Suite 140, Albuquerque, NM 87109, or must be filed with the Probate Court of Bernalillo, New Mexico.
