NOTICE is hereby given that on June 2, 2016, at 1:30 p.m., the undersigned Special Master or his agent will sell to the highest bidder at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, located at 400 Lomas Blvd, NW Albuquerque, NM 87102, all Defendant’s interest in the real property located at 1500 Allegro Way, NW Albuquerque, New Mexico 87104, and is more particularly described as follows:
LOT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN (27) PLAT OF SYMPHONY, CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE, BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT THEREOF, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON MARCH 12, 2002, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2002C, FOLIO 84.
The sale will satisfy all or a portion of a Judgment entered on April 11, 2016, as follows: judgment in the amount of $330,403.52, with interest accruing at 4.875% per year from April 11, 2016, forward.
The Judgment may be obtained from either the court clerk or the undersigned Special Master prior to the sale date. New Penn Financial, LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, its assignee, its successor-in-interest, or its investor has the right to bid at the sale and to apply its judgment or a portion thereof to the purchase price in lieu of cash. For all other bidders, the sale terms are cash or its equivalent by the close of business on the day of sale. The sale may be postponed and rescheduled at the Special Master’s discretion.
