You are hereby notified that a suit has been filed against you in the said Court and County by the above-named Plaintiff, in which Plaintiff requests Judgment establishing his claim to and quieting title in, the following described property, situated in Bernalillo County, New Mexico:
Lot numbered Ten (10) in Block numbered Nine (9), Unit 22, VOLCANO CLIFFS, as the same is shown and designated on the Plat of said Subdivision, filed in the Office of the Bernalillo County Clerk, on July 9, 1975 in Map Book D6, Page 162
which has a physical address of 6401 Petirrojo Rd. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120.
You are further notified, that unless you enter or cause to be entered your appearance in said cause within thirty days from the last day this notice is published,
Judgment will be rendered in said cause against you by default and the relief requested will be granted.
