COME NOW the Petitioner’s Father and Mother, BOBBY JAY ANDERSON, and TIFFANY RAE VIGIL, as Next Best Friends to AMELIA RAE VIGIL, and request the Court to change their Daughter’s name from, AMELIA RAE VIGIL to AMELIA RAE ANDERSON.

2. That AMELIA RAE VIGIL is a resident of the State of New Mexico and she has lived in New Mexico since she was born.

5. The Petitioner is not filing this petition to avoid legal process.
