COMES NOW the Petitioner’s Father, BOBBY JAY ANDERSON, as Next Best Friend to JORDAN JOSE NESTOR GARCIA, and requests the Court to change his Son’s name from, JORDAN JOSE NESTOR GARCIA to JORDAN JAY ANDERSON.
1. That JORDAN JOSE NESTOR GARCIA was born on December 3, 2001.
2. That JORDAN JOSE NESTOR GARCIA is a resident of the State of New Mexico and he has lived in New Mexico since he was born.
3. The Court has jurisdiction over this matter.

5. The Petitioner is not filing this petition to avoid legal process.
