NOTICE OF HEARING BY PUBLICATION
THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
TO: ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE
ESTATE OF DONALD EARL CORBIN, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition for Formal Probate of Estate and Appointment of Personal Representative (hereinafter referenced to as the “Petition”) filed by the undersigned Petitioners will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on September 6, 2016, at 1:30 P. M. before the Honorable Clay Campbell, District Judge. You are hereby notified that at the hearing the Court will consider the request by the petitioner that:
1. The Court formally determine that the decedent died intestate without a will.
2. The Court formally determine the heirs and devisees of the decedent and the distributees entitled to distribution of the estate are as set forth in the Petition.
3. The Court formally appoint the Petitioner, Sam Shwartz, as personal representative of the decedent’s estate.
4. The Court deny the Petition filed by Stanley F. Chavez to be formally appointed personal representative of the estate of the decedent.
A copy of the Petition is on file with the Court in the above-captioned cause and is available for your review.
Pursuant to NMSA, 1978 §45-1-401, notice of the time and place of hearing on the Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for three consecutive weeks.
