TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF NORMA L. ARTHUR, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF NORMA L. ARTHUR, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition to Determine Testacy, to Determine Heirship and to Appoint Personal Representative (“Petition”) filed by the undersigned Petitioner, which Petition requests that the Court determine that Norma L. Arthur died testate, determine Norma L. Arthur’s heirship and that the Court appoint Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as the Personal Representative of the Estate of Norma L. Arthur, Deceased, will be held at the Bernalillo County District Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, before the Honorable Alan M. Malott, District Judge, on September 7, 2016, at the hour of 9:30 a.m.
Pursuant to NMSA 1978 §45-1-401 (2014) notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
