TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF NANCY V. SCOTT, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF NANCY V. SCOTT, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition for Determination of Heirship and for Approval of Proposed Distribution, filed by the personal representative, will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, on the 18 day of July, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., before the Honorable C. Shannon Bacon.
