TINA MARIE MCNEESE, DECEASED
NOTICE TO HEIRS
The Estate of Tina Marie McNeese (“Estate”) by and through Mary F. McNeese, as personal representative of the Estate, provides the following notice to any and all heirs of the decedent, TINA MARIE MCNEESE.
1. The Estate has disclaimed any interest in the real property formerly owned by the decedent located at 17 Cardinal Lane, Raton, New Mexico 87740, more particularly described as: Lots 13, 14 and 15 of the Meadowlark Ridge Subdivision, a subdivision of Colfax County, New Mexico as shown on Plat Book 8, page 101, records of Colfax County, New Mexico (“Property”).
2. The Estate hereby notifies all of the heirs of the decedent that the mortgagee of the Property, Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, has filed a Complaint For Foreclosure in the Eighth Judicial District Court, Colfax County, New Mexico, Case No. D-809-CV-2016-00132 (“Foreclosure Proceeding”). Since the Estate has disclaimed any interest in the Property it will not respond to, nor enter an appearance in, the Foreclosure Proceeding.
3. If any heir of TINA MARIE MCNEESE desires to protect any interest that he or she may have in the Property or to intervene in the Foreclosure Proceeding, he or she should immediately seek legal advice from his or her own counsel and/or contact counsel for Nationstar Mortgage, LLC using the following contact information:
