Rivera to Rosie Viola Pagones, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable JUDGE BEATRICE BRICKHOUSE, District Judge, on the 10 day of November 2016, at the hour of 11:00 am, at the Second Judicial District County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
