NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Juan Souter, a resident of the City of Albuquerque,
County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen (14) years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein he seeks to change his name from Juan Souter to Tenbears Souter, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Shannon Bacon, District Judge, on the 24TH day of October 2016 at 9:45 a.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Courtroom 716, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
