AMENDED NOTICE TO CREDITORS
THIS AMENDED NOTICE TO CREDITORS amends the Notice to Creditors that was filed on July 28, 2016 and published once a week for three consecutive weeks starting August 5, 2016 and ending on August 19, 2016. The Notice to Creditors provided, pursuant to NMSA 45-3-801 (1993), that claims must be presented within two (2) months after the date of first publication instead of the current four (4) month time frame, as extended pursuant to the July 1, 2016 revised version of NMSA 45-3-801 (2016). The NMSA 45-3-801 (2016) allows creditors to present claims within four (4) months after the date of first publication or have their claim forever barred.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned has been appointed Personal Representative of this Estate. All persons having claims against this Estate are required to present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this AMENDED NOTICE TO CREDITORS or the claims will be forever barred. Claims must be presented either to KATHLEEN M. CARLOW, attorney for the Estate of TRACY L. OSMOND, at SWAIM & DANNER, P.C., 4830 Juan Tabo, N.E., Suite F, Albuquerque, NM 87111, or filed with the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County Courthouse, Post Office Box 488, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87103.
