Hearing on the petition filed by the undersigned Charles P. Reynolds which petition provides:
The last will of the deceased, the heirs and the devisees under the will, and the nomination of Charles P. Reynolds, as personal representative, without bond, in an unsupervised administration will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas, NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico on November 21, 2016, at :00 p.m. before the Hon. Nan Nash.
Pursuant to 45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of the hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for three consecutive weeks.
