NOTICE is hereby given that on December 29, 2016, at 1:30 p.m., the undersigned Special Master will sell to the highest bidder near the entrance of the Second Judicial District Courthouse for Bernalillo County, located at 400 Lomas Blvd., Albuquerque, NM 87102 all Defendants’ interest in the real property located at 9100 Mescalero Rd, NE Albuquerque, NM 87111 in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and more particularly described as:
LOT NUMBERED ONE (1) IN BLOCK NUMBERED SEVEN (7) AMENDED PLAT OF AZTEC ADDITION NO. 2, TO THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE AMENDED PLAT THEREOF, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON MARCH 17, 1953, IN PLAT BOOK C2, FOLIO 157.
The sale will satisfy all or a portion of a Default Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure entered on November 16, 2016, as follows:
Judgment in the amount of $103,736.26, with interest accruing at 5.25% per year from April 1, 2015, forward; and
The Summary Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure may be obtained from either the court clerk or the undersigned Special Master prior to the sale date. 21st Mortgage Corporation has the right to bid at the sale and to apply its judgment or a portion thereof to the purchase price in lieu of cash. For all other bidders, the sale terms are cash or its equivalent by the close of business on the day of sale. The sale may be postponed and rescheduled at the Special Master’s discretion.
