THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
TO: ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DARLENE RASCON, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Motion to Approve Sale of Home (the “Motion”) filed by Movants, Roland Martinez and Lucy Martinez, Co-Trustees of the Residence Trust created under the Will of Darlene Rascon, deceased, by and through their attorneys of record Kenneth C. Leach & Associates, P.C. (Kenneth C. Leach) will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on December 14, 2016, at 9:00 A. M. before the Honorable C. Shannon Bacon, District Judge.
You are hereby notified that at the hearing the Court will consider the request by the Movants for approval to sell the property held in the residence trust established under the last will and testament of Darlene Rascon, dated October 6, 2006.
Pursuant to NMSA, 1978 §45-1-401 (2014), notice of the time and place of hearing on the Motion is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for three consecutive weeks.
