NOTICE OF INFORMAL ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATE AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
TO THE HEIRS OF PAUL DALE WAGY (“Decedent”):
1. The Decedent passed away in Bernalillo County, New Mexico on June 5, 2016.
2. Lyle Wagy filed an Application for Informal Probate of Will and for Informal Appointment of Personal Representative in the above-referenced Court on August 10, 2016, requesting that Decedent’s estate be informally administrated, and that Lyle Wagy be appointed Personal Representative.
3. On August 17, 2016, the Court issued an Order for Informal Probate of Will and for Informal Appointment of Personal Representative, and appointing Lyle Wagy as Personal Representative, to serve without bond.
4. Bond has not been filed.
5. Papers relating to the estate are on file with the Bernalillo County District Court and are
available there for your inspection.
