NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Jordyn Lynn Whiseant, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition for Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo, County, New Mexico, wherein she seeks to change her name from Jordyn Lynn Whisenant to Jordyn Lynn Whisenant Preut, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable CARL J. BUTKUS, District Court Judge, on the 4th day of January, 2017 at 1:55 p.m. at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102.
