NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF SUIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a suit has been commenced and is now pending in the above named Court in which the above named Plaintiff is seeking to quiet the title to certain property situated in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. The Defendants against whom constructive service is sought to be obtained are as follows:
1. The Board of Trustees of White Castle Company, Cambridge Trust Company Limited, Trustee; Board of Trustees of White Castle Company;
2. The Estates of James E. Braddock and Camille D. Braddock, deceased, and the Unknown Heirs of James E. Braddock and Camille D. Braddock;
3. All unknown claimants of interest in the premises adverse to the Plaintiff.
The general nature of this action is to quiet the title of the Plaintiff in full fee simple to a tract of land located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, which is more particularly described in the “Complaint to Quiet Title” on file herein as follows:
Lot numbered Eight (8) in Block numbered One (1), of the replat of a Portion of Lot 3, all of Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 & 13, Block 1, FOUR HILLS VILLAGE FIRST INSTALLMENT, an addition to the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on said replat filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico on March 10, 1976 in Plat Book D7, Folio 14.
Hereinafter referred to as “the Premises”.
The above named Defendants are notified that unless they enter their appearance in said cause on or before the 30th day of Januaey, 2017, Judgment will be rendered in said cause against them by default.
