NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Tom Jones and Susan Brinkin has accepted the position of Co-Trustees of the irrevocable Kenneth R. Jones Living Trust, dated June 22, 1998. Kenneth Ronald Jones, Grantor of the Trust, has died. All persons having claims against this Trust or Estate are required to present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or the claims will be forever barred.
