The sale will satisfy all or a portion of a Default Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure entered on January 9, 2017, as follows:
Judgment in the amount of $109,499.78, with interest accruing at 7.93% per year from March 31, 2016, forward; and
The Default Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure may be obtained from either the court clerk or the undersigned Special Master prior to the sale date. 21st Mortgage Corporation has the right to bid at the sale and to apply its judgment or a portion thereof to the purchase price in lieu of cash.
