To the following named Defendants:
BEAR FABRICATIONS LLC, a Florida limited liability company,
RONALD EUGENE LEE, JR. (A/K/A RONALD E. LEE,
A/K/A RONALD E. LEE, JR., A/K/A RON LEE, A/K/A RON E. LEE),
ELIZABETH ANN SHERLOCK LEE (A/K/A ELIZABETH A. LEE, A/K/A LIZ LEE)
GREETINGS:
You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiffs have filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being to foreclose the Mortgage granted by Defendant BEAR FABRICATIONS LLC with respect to the real property located at 9504 Gutierrez NE, Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, NM 87111, and more particularly described as:
Lot 14, Block 7 of the Replat of the North One-Half (N 1/2) of Block 7 of OFIMIANO J. GUTIERREZ LOWER TERRACE, a Subdivision in the City of Albuquerque, NM, as the same is shown and designated on the Plat of said Addition, filed in the Office of the County Clerk, Bernalillo County, NM, on January 30, 1969, in Plat Book C7, Folio 40;
and seeking a judgment against each of you for damages for breach of contract, fraud, conversion, and civil conspiracy to commit fraud and conversion.
If you do not timely, i.e., within 30 after the date of the last publication of this Notice, file an answer or other responsive pleading in this action, a default judgment may be entered against you.
