The Petitioner has filed a petition for a change of name from Charlotte Powell to Nikki Charlotte Powell, and the hearing will be held before the Honorable C. Shannon Bacon, District Judge of the Second Judicial District Court of the State of New Mexico, at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, on March 13, 2017, at the hour of 11:00 a.m.
Pursuant to 40-8-1 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of the hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks .
