NETTIE MAE CLEMENT, (3) THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF NETTIE MAE CLEMENT,
AND (4) ALL UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS OF INTEREST IN THE PREMISES ADVERSE
TO THE PLAINTIFF
You are hereby notified that an action has been filed against you in the this court and
county by Jill Frawley. The general object of the action is to quiet title to certain real property described as Lots numbered fifteen (15) and sixteen (16) in Block numbered two (2) of the Plat of College View Addition, to the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on the plat of said addition, filed in the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico on February 4, 1926 in Plat Book B2, page 109, with a street address of 233- 239 Solano Dr., N.E., Albuquerque, New Mexico.
You are further notified that unless you enter or cause to be entered your appearance in
this cause on or before on or before the thirtieth day following the publication of this Notice, judgment will be rendered in this case against you by default and the relief prayed for will be granted.
