NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that ROGELIO SANTIAGO EVODIO SANCHEZ, a resident of the City of Albuquerque of Bernalillo County of the State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein he seeks to change his name from ROGELIO SANTIAGO EVODIO SANCHEZ to ROY SANCHEZ and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Nancy J. Franchini, District Court Judge, on Tuesday, April 4, 2017, at 1:15 p.m. on the 5th Floor of the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
