NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Joseph H. Alexanian, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, who is over the age of fourteen (14) years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein he seeks to change his name from Joseph H. Alexanian to Joseph H. Alexanian II and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Nan G. Nash, District Court Judge, on April 12, 2017, at the hour of 1:20 p.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Roma NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico (7th Floor).
