THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
TO: HEIRS OF UNKNOWN ADDRESSES, INCLUDING, THOMAS LUERAS, AS WELL AS UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THOMAS S. LUERAS, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF THOMAS S. LUERAS, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Notice of Hearing is hereby given by the undersigned Attorney, Jeanine R. Steffy, for the Estate of THOMAS S. LUERAS, on the Petition for Order of Determination of Heirship, Determination Of Intestacy and Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative, filed by the Personal Representative of the Estate of THOMAS S. LUERAS. Said petition waives the final accounting, declares intestacy, determines the heirs and devisees, approves distribution of the Estate, declares the Estate fully settled and discharges the Personal Representative from further claims or demands of any interested person.
The Hearing will be held at the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd., NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, on the 4th day of May, at 8:45 am., before the Honorable VALERIE A. HULING.
Pursuant to N.M.S.A. 1978, §45-1 401 (2016), notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for three consecutive weeks.
