NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Plaintiff, by and through his attorney, Keith Findlay of Findlay & Dziak, LLC, has filed a Complaint to Quiet Title to Real Property as and against Angelique Corralez and all unknown persons who may a claim a lien, interest or title adverse to Plaintiff at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Unless the Defendant(s) serves and files a responsive pleading or motion within thirty (30) days of this notice, the Plaintiff may apply to the court for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
