NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (“RFP”)
NO. 17-001
The State of New Mexico Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court is currently requesting sealed proposals from prospective Offerors for Substance Abuse, Treatment, and Case Management Services for Participants in the Court’s DWI/Recovery Court and Urban Native American Healing to Wellness Court Programs and Psychiatric Services, Medication Assisted Treatment (“MAT”), and Seeking Safety™ services for Participants in those Programs plus the Court’s Community Veterans Court Program.
The RFP will be issued on April 21, 2017. Anyone interested in obtaining a copy may access and download the RFP from the internet, after 10:00 a.m. on April 21, 2017, at the following address:

A mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on May 2, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. The deadline to submit a sealed Proposal in response to the RFP is May 22, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. (MDT). Proposals must be received by the Procurement Manager by the above date and time or they will be rejected.
