PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that James Christian House has filed a Petition for Formal Probate of Will and Appointment of Personal Representative in the above-captioned cause.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the general object of this action is the formal probate of the will of Melissa Faye Waldrop Canter and the appointment of James Christian House as personal representative of the estate of Melissa Faye Waldrop Canter.
Hearing has been set to consider the Petition on July 14, 2017, at 9:30 A. M., Santa Fe District Courthouse, 225 Montezuma Avenue, Santa Fe, New Mexico, before the Honorable Jennifer L. Attrep, District Judge.
